This guide walks you through logging in for the first time and navigating your dashboard to manage your upcoming or active construction project.
1. How to Log In to Your Portal
Once your customer profile is created in our system, you will receive an automated welcome email containing your login credentials.

Open your web browser and go to your dedicated portal login page: crm.proventaconstruction.com/authentication.

Enter your registered Email Address and temporary Password provided in your welcome email.

Click Login to access your secure client dashboard. (Note: If you ever forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to receive a secure reset link instantly via email).
2. Overview of Your Client Dashboard
When you log in, your main dashboard provides an immediate, real-time snapshot of your project status. Key widgets include:

Active Projects: View ongoing construction phases, start dates, and estimated completion timelines.

Invoices & Financials: See a clear breakdown of pending milestone payments, paid receipts, and account credits.

Estimates & Contracts: Access digital proposals, work agreements, and sign documents securely online.

Support Tickets: Open and track inquiries or warranty requests directly with our project management desk.
3. Navigating Key Sections of the Portal
Use the top or sidebar menu in your portal to switch between different operational views:

Projects Tab: Click here to dive deep into your specific build (e.g., Kitchen Renovation or Legal Basement Conversion). Inside, you can view uploaded site photos, daily task completions, and progress milestones set by our site supervisors.

Estimates & Proposals Tab: Review line-item quotes sent by our estimators. You can view material breakdowns, approve terms digitally, and apply electronic signatures without needing to print or sign physical paperwork.

Invoices & Payments Tab: Track your progress billing schedule (e.g., initial deposits, framing phases, final sign-offs)[cite: 12]. You can securely settle invoices online using credit cards or view our direct wire transfer instructions.
